The steel was provided by British Steel at Pontypool; Ove Arapp supervised the structural side and it was constructed by a small firm, now closed, in Newport. | ||
A number of sculptures were commissioned for the Garden Festival of Wales in 1991/2 and some works remain on site. | ||
