Information from Caerphilly C.B. Council: 'The Lower Twyn, with its new tourist information centre, marks the entrance to the town from the north. The square provides an opportunity for quiet contemplation by the cenotaph, but is also an important thoroughfare linking the new shopping development with the established town. Artwork at the Lower Twyn reflects the area's different functions. | ||
