Drinking platform on octagonal platform set on raised circular brick and stone base. Cadw report: 'Tapered 'Pedestal' fountain to top, with petalled capitals to pilasters across chamfered corners; finial lost as are taps and cups. Polished granite circular bowl below over drum pier and octagonal base with animal drinking trough.' | ||
Presented by Alderman J.E. Roberts, a mayor of Bangor on three occasions, on the occasion of his leaving the office in 1900. | ||
