Tapering fluted pillar with acanthus base widening below to stand on rectangular pedestal with semi circular sides and splayed base. Pedestal has relief panels with caduceus, river-god, trident, arms of London, and inscribed cartouches. Above this, two intertwined dolphins facing left and right, Circular ornate capital to pillar, with cross piece and lamp-globe above.
