Pedestal and shaft are square. From each corner at the top of the pedestal (at the level of the fountain) a diagonal protection extends to plinth level, bearing a volute with floral decoration. Two basins (on north and south faces); semi-circular niches behind. At the top a pediment with north to south faces. At plinth level (north and south sides), carved bronze drainage grilles. Each basin include a bronze ring for cups. Spouts have disappeared. Upper part of each niche contains a shell-like moulding and an angel head.
