Ornamental and drinking fountain - not working. Circular bowl, with central spout, top missing, standing on six-sided stem rising from two circular steps, one now partially concealed by tarmac. Rolled-over bronze rim to bowl. Central spout foliated decoration, deeply moulded incorporating three smaller spouts. 13 small drainage holes in group in case of spout.
