Drinking fountain and obelisk. Square base tapering and slightly curved. Four semi-circular basins. Square plinth, inscription on north-east side, granite infill on south-west side. Three-stage octagonal obelisk. Plain shield on north-east side of first stage, above inscription. Top edge of first stage crenellated.
