Two step octagonal base. Square plinth with curved triangular niche in south-east side. Pink granite columns with stone foliated capitals support semi-circular granite basins on all four sides. Drain holes in back of basins lined with metal. South-east side of main section: medallion with head of queen Victoria facing left wearing crown and veil, drop earrings and necklace. Medallion set in carved frame-square with cut-off corners and circles. Circular metal plate with button below. North-west side of main section: metal plate with key hole on right side. Foliated entablature. Pediments on all four sides with inscriptions in south-east and north-west sides. "Roofs" carved with tile pattern. Octagonal finial topped with wrought iron finial.
