Portrait bust of a man, mounted on a circular socle. He is bare-headed, clean-shaven with sideburns, wearing a frock coat, waistcoat, wing-collared shirt and tie. In the button hole of his left lapel is a flower and two leafing sprigs. The subject's eyes are not incised.
