Christ Restoring Sight to a Blind Child. A two figure group comprising a seated, draped Christ with a kneeling child at his side; in a canopied niche on the clock tower of the former Blind Asylum (now part of Glasgow Royal Infirmary)

The building was erected in 1879-81 after a design competition was held in 1878 by the managers of the Asylum for the Blind. The statue group was presented in 1881 by Sir Charles Tennant of the Glen
