War memorial. Sandstone and granite shaft with bronze plaques and figures. Tapering square shaft on inscribed base on granite plinth. Shaft surmounted by a cross and has a cast battle-clad figure towards the top on each side. | ||
Unveiled 18 December 1921 by Lt-General Beauvoir de Lisle and dedicated by the Rev John Jones, vicar of Bramhall. Omit in general text but note in the Stockport Introduction. | ||
